SCAM DO NOT BOOK. Turned up to accommodation and was unable to get in and could not get hold of property owner and they never responded the whole 2 nights we were meant to be staying there. Informed booking.com and they have done nothing. Absolutely awful experience getting this resolved with customer service. I will not be booking through booking.com again.

Do not book this place we arrived at property after we paid and it was a scam the people who own it left a message on door saying if you have booked this thru booking.com you’ve been scammed they have let booking.com know multiple times but they haven’t took this property off..

Absolute scam! Avoid booking this place. I booked the apartment for colleagues and they had to find a different accommodation as no reply from host, apartment not accessible on arrival. Money taken!! It is not possible to get in touch with booking.com. £202 out of pocket. Booking.com not helpful at all.

No access to accomodation, made multiple contact attempts through email, message and phone. Tried to make contact through booking.com. They also failed to make contact with the owner. They said go to the accomodation on the day, if you can't get access we will try to book you somewhere in London within 45 minutes. Accomodation Booked in Woolwich for the London Marathon Close to Greenwich and Rail to finish. Very disappointed with the site and service.Booked alternate accomodation prior to travel to London. Very disappointed with booking.com

ABSOLUTELY NOTHING

I WAS SCAMMED OUT OF MY MONEY OF £220 and when I made the payment they never finalised the arrival time and Key collection and when I went to go the property there was someone in there as if they was living there and when I tried to call the attached number on normal and WhatsApp straight voicemail!!!

I can’t tell you about our lovey 2 bed apartment in London as 90 mins before we were due to arrive I received an email explaining that the apartment had been doubled booked. The owners said it was yourselves that had doubled booked the apartment. They put us into another apartment. This apartment had been trashed by the previous clients and was in quite a bit of disarray. The bath towels we were given were used and dirty. Though I must admit when we pointed this out to the owners we were given clean towels. There was a dirty tin on the balcony full of water and cigarette ends, also on the balcony was a bag of rubbish. The owners were apologetic about the double booking. However 2 female travelling to London together we did expect to be in the apartment we had originally booked

Spacious property, great location, close to shops & all public transport. Elizabeth line can get you most places across London.

Random mattress in the kitchen & a broken bed in the storage cupboard. Overall the apartment wasn’t very clean, cupboards had spilt coffee granules, carpets were stained and not well vacuumed. Vacuum didn’t work correctly so I was unable to clean whilst there. We found a bra down the back of the sofa, a sanitary pad in the bathroom bin and a condom in the bedroom draw. Bathroom tap was completely loose I had to hand tighten the nut. Balcony door has no external handle. Random items stored on the balcony as well.
