Casita del Arco El Cedral Cozumel

Absolutely beautiful little home off the beaten track in a pretty quiet town (El Cedral). It's very easy to get around the island if you have a car. The host Manuel was really lovely and shared a lot of local info with us, and told us all about the birds and wildlife that visit the garden. The hibiscus by the pool was full of hummingbirds and bananaquits, it felt like a slice of paradise. Clean, comfortable and cool.

Manuel’s place in Cozumel was exactly what we were looking for. Quiet and away from the hustle and bustle of cities. The stars at night were beautiful and the bird watching also a highlight! We rented a car and explored the island, we were also a very short drive from our diving spot. Thanks Manuel! Would most definitely return.

The property was beautifully landscaped and meticulously cared for. The Casita was fully equipped with everything that you could need. The owner, Manuel would check in often to see if we needed anything. Super quiet, peaceful location with great stargazing. We also enjoyed the hummingbirds, bananaquits, parrots and other wildlife on the property.

It was very easy and safe to get the keys. We met the owner at the entrance of Casita del Arco. Manuel, the owner, is a great person. We arrived late to the property, and he, very kind, met us without any problem. He showed us Casita del Arco and explain with a lot of detail all the amenities of the property. He also have written instructions. Casita del Arco is a very nice property, very clean and agreeable. We had a very pleasant stay, very relax. The area is very quiet. If you want to avoid the noisy and loud tourist area, this is a great place to stay and sleep comfortable. The garden is beautiful and Manuel was generous to shared with us a coconut cut it directly from the tree. We enjoyed a lot our stay and the conversation with him. Thank you again Manuel!

The place has everything as described. Also has everything needed for long stay. The owner is super friendly and helpful. Ideal place for people looking for a quiet, beautiful and comfortable place to be relaxed.

We were reluctant to visit Cozumel due to the influx of cruise day-trippers, but when we found Casita del Arco in El Cedral - 20 minutes drive from San Miguel - we decided to book it! This is the perfect spot to relax in nature and still enjoy all that Cozumel has to offer. It is clean, comfortable, quiet, has excellent wifi, and Manuel is a gracious, welcoming, and knowledgeable host. While enjoying the private pool, you will be surrounded by beautiful flora and the many birds they attract. The Casita is equipped with everything you need to create your own culinary delights so be sure to stop at a supermarket in town on your way to El Cedral. Spending a week in this little piece of paradise was exactly what we needed!
