The location was great.

The building needs attention from the elevators being extremely hot with no ventilation to the corridors being the same. You can see mould around the place and under the bubbling paint in the walls. The ants in the room, the lack of fresh towels, toilet paper, no tissues! The sofa had stains. My pillow case smelled bad. The process of getting your key with such complexity is not what a tired traveler wants to do. The front desk was no help. They should be able to be like a proper front desk and give you the key like any other hotel. Maybe the Rainbow Paradise can work on rectifying these problems to make it a really nice hotel. After all you have a beautiful location. Turn your hotel around for the better! Have ant spray in all your rooms!
