we love the solitude of the place. It's peaceful and quiet. everything was functional. best for budget travel. there is a fully equipped kitchen, ref, aircon, hot and cold shower 2 separate rooms. clean toilet with washing area. cute veranda and free avocado from the tree in front of the house. there are plenty of stores, carinderia in the vicinity. Angol beach is a short walk away. will definitely return and recommend.
The place is not exactly in the center of the action but just a 5 min etrike ride away from dmall. not really a deal breaker. but for the price, the ambiance and the peaceful surroundings. a real value for money..

I have read the reviews here and it's amazing how they have actually applied the feedback. This house is simple but it suited what we needed as a family. It was very thoughtful, all the little details were not missed. Outlets in every corner, trash bins where you need them, drinking water ready when we arrived.

Felix is a very accommodating host. So responsive whenever we have questions or concerns. The internet is very fast which is very important to us since we're working on our computers. The tranquility of the place is incomparable. We had a great stay and will be back again whenever we get the chance. Highly recommend ! 🫶🏼

Best stay among all stay in Philippines. You have everything you need spacious kitchen with amenities, water heaters, AC rooms, great speed wifi around 300 mbps. Best of all, Dolo and Alex who own this property are really really helpful.It felt like back home. They have great bar - Y Not near beach perfect for sunset view and you get discounts too.
