The staff is amazing

The food and menu has room for improvement

I cannot recommend this resort enough. From the moment we arrived, the entire team was incredibly professional, welcoming, and genuinely friendly. We were visiting to celebrate our wedding, and the staff completely blew us away by organizing a total surprise celebration for us during dinner, complete with a fantastic show and a gorgeous cake. It was such a thoughtful touch that we will never forget! Our villa was absolutely perfect. It was massive, spotless, and perfectly tidy. The bed was beautifully decorated for us when we arrived, and it was incredibly comfy to sleep in. All the amenities and equipment were top-notch, and the salon area was really cozy for just relaxing and hanging out. I really want to give a special shoutout to our guest manager, Omar. He truly went above and beyond to make our stay flawless. He was super fast at responding to all of our requests and made sure we had everything we needed to be completely comfortable. He is a huge asset to the resort! If you are thinking of booking this place, just do it. We can't wait to come back!

La ville vue sur mer Une très belle villa avec un cadre magique Et une qualité de resto le soir avec ambiance ect superbe Les animaux dans l’hôtel : singes / lézard / escargot ect Les animaux restent a l’état sauvage et ne dérange en rien mais apporte une touche de Costa Rica dans cet hôtel magnifique

La qualité du petit déjeuner n’est pas au rendez vous c’est un service a la table mais peu de choix et une cuisine médiocre pour le petit déjeuner
