Spanish City View 1, Stylish Sea Front Apartment Free Onsite Parking

Great apartment, clean throughout and modern comfortable beds, nice bedding. It has everything you need. A great location, close to the sea and a park for children just over the road . We took our grandchildren they loved it. Our little Yorkshire terrier who is a support dog for my husband loved the beach. A great lighthouse, worth the walk to see the seals. We actually see dolphins one evening swimming, that was amazing. We had wonderful weather and felt like we was abroad, as the location, apartment and everything about it made it a great holiday. We spoke to a family that had a flat above for a few day's, they also are going to return there as we would like to as well,as it is very nice. There are shops a short walk, restaurants, and all amenities nearby. The information the owners gave was very good,directions and recommended great places to eat if you want to. Thank you so much, we'd love to come again.

Absolutely nothing to dislike here, beautiful apartment, immaculately clean, well equipped with everything we needed, very comfortable beds and nice bedding, kitchen and bathrooms very clean and modern, host was super easy to deal with, clear instructions and very helpful with our few questions before we arrived. Location was perfect, just over the road from the Spanish city dome and promenade, and a few mins round the corner from Park View, and a little sea view! Great parking bay at the rear with access also to the apartment. Definitely recommended we will be returning for sure

Nice and spacious apartment with (a bit of) sea view in wonderful surroundings, just a stone's throw from the fabulous beach of Whitley Bay. Everything we needed was near - pubs, Metro to Tynemouth and Newcastle, shops etc. The living room was beautiful and modern.

The kitchen was okay equipped (there could be more plates), but the cupboards, the dishes and the cutlery weren't very clean. The bedrooms were spotlessly clean, but the beds (all three of them) were too small, too short and very wobbly and noisy - not very comfortable. But the most flaws were to be found in the two bathrooms. Not very modern, not very clean (especially the toilet brush was very dirty), the shower was okay, but small, the plug of the bath tub was not working. With a few tweaks it sould be a great apartment.

Easy parking. Good location near the sea.

Poor soundproofing there was noise from the flat above. The bed mattress in the twin room was not comfortable. The rear entrance approach and apartment door was grubby. The main bathroom and twin bedroom could have been cleaner. There was a leak in the toilet cistern and small puddle on the bathroom floor. No soap for the shower. This apartment does not currently feel ‘luxe’

Great location. Just a few steps to the promenade. Parking on site. Property was clean, comfortable and well equipped. Great communication sent from the owner before our arrival. Would go again.
