Porch light by back door could not be turned off at night.

Staff were outstanding, awesome Sunday roast 👌

The room was extremely hot and stuffy with poor ventilation. Which is a shame considering the cost of staying. To future proof you will definitely need air conditioning.

The room was surpringly large and comfortable. The location of the hotel was perfect... right next to the beach over the sand dunes. The facilities were brilliant. Everything that you could want for a family holiday especially. We got a disabled room - last minute booking but it was very comfortable. very central to all facilities with an outdoor sitting area. Great selection for breakfast and we regretted not eating dinner there as the food/carvery looked amazing

the bathroom floor flooded a bit when the shower was used which could make it slippery and dangerous for a disabled person or someone with limited mobility.

The staff were very friendly, it’s a great location for Croyde and it was very clean and tidy. The breakfast was amazing.

Set in an excellent location just a few hundred meters from the beach and some local bars. Bus stop outside for venturing a little further. It is immaculately kept and the staff were helpful and chatty. The room was nice and large with extras such as hair dryer, iron and kettle as standard but with bonus items such as mini-fridge and fans.

Great location, lovely staff and the facilities were really excellent.

Our cottage was a little tired, which wasn't an issue as we only really slept in it.
