L'appartamento è molto bello esteticamente. I letti sono comodi e gli asciugamani puliti.
L'aria condizionata non funziona bene e fa molto caldo. Un ventilatore avrebbe aiutato molto. I letti al piano rialzato sono raggiungibili con una scala stretta e senza protezione, pericolosa per i bambini piccoli. Mancava il sapone per le mani in bagno, non ci sono posate, bicchieri e piatti. In generale non è molto pulito, in bagno c'è muffa e in doccia ci sono formiche.
