"I think the flat needs an accurate info about the swimming pool and a different agency to manage it"

The flat was very nice and comfortable, shame there is no area for a barbecue. It helped to have somewhere to park but you could never be sure if there will be a space.

The attitude of the person handling keys on the day was horrible. We were all made to stand outside in direct sun and now allowed in the building until our turn came. Then the lady was very unpleasant. We had some things missing and broken in the flat, and we were dismissed every time we asked. Also, the swimming pool is not at the property as suggested. We had to walk to a different property and show a permit to use the facilities.
