The Staff were lovely. Location is also great. Kids enjoyed the takeaway pizza, entertainment and breakfast.

The staff and amenities were great but the hotel is old and needs repairs. The window in our bedroom was warped and had a gap so big in the frame you could put your fingers through. We had to cover this up with spare towels and blankets to keep out the wind and noise. The beds are rock hard - both families struggled with sleep. There are very basic items missing in the kitchen e.g. no kettle or toaster. One of our showers leaked. The balcony was dirty and full of chipped paint. Clearly hadnt been swept for months. Lots of walls in the halls are chipped and in disrepair. Floors old and dirty. There seemed to be a ski rental service in the hotel but we only found out after checkin. If we had known at the booking stage that would have been useful.

The hotel is very close to the ski lift, it has a ski rental, which is very convenient. They make delicious pizzas for dinner. We received a nice gift upon arrival, which we used to make dinner for the children.

The hotel environment resembles an old hospital, unpleasant smells in the corridors, noisy environment, neighbors were constantly making noise at night and the noise sounds like it was happening in your room. The hotel needs renovation.

Location close to slopes, and room was in block F close to garage and ski room ! weather and snow conditions helped us stay the whole day out. Nice hot shower. Some stuff was helpful.

Horrible comfort of the rooms,mattreses very old and too small for the frame(did not fit the frames) and moving while sleeping. Pillows were hard as stones. Extremely dry and hot in the room at night . Even opening windows in the evening did not help much. Heating was on in the night with noise and warm air..... Bedroom had no window in addition. Kitchen very poorly equipped.this facility is good for teens or students not for families who wants to enjoy winter sports and rest thoroughly after that.i have spent 6nights could not sleep through any ... every night was awake few times for 1-2h due to above mentioned inconveniences. I wished I could cancel this stay and change to another hotel...but nothing was available in the area for days I needed. We had no choice but stay ,weather was good so it helped us to stay outside entire day. PRICE TO COMFORT - extemly overpriced.
