Mesmerizing place with lot of soul. Beautiful views, sparkling clean, reconstructed with taste, central location in a beautiful non touristy city, parking included, unforgettable experience, lovely hosts, 2 bathrooms. We spent hours just watching the view from the apartment and also from the balcony in shared spaces. This is really super ITALIAN experience.

Breakfast at the location would be amazing project for future - specially after a night at a place like this.. :) For now, a local pastry place ( apx. 3 mins walking) is super nice :)

Palazzo Fiorenzi is an exceptional historic building , in central location, beautifully renovated to meet highest guest expectations. We have valued the warm welcome by the palazzo owners , as well as we appreciated the spacious room with wonderful view of Osimo Duomo . We definitively recommend Palazzo Fiorenzi to anybody visiting Osimo and we hope to return ourselves to enjoy this beatiful place again ..

It’s a beautiful and adorable place. It is really a Palast. Inside it is like you would think of when you stay in front of this beautiful house. Beautiful and modern bath.

We had a small issue with the air condition in the beginning but temperature went down then quite slow but still it was working.

Our recent stay at Palazzo Fiorenzi in Osimo was nothing short of extraordinary and truly felt like a dream come true! From the moment we arrived, we were enveloped in warmth and genuine hospitality. Silvia greeted us together with her delightful grandson, in perfect Italian and English language, making us feel instantly at home. Their kindness and the meticulous detail with which they explained everything from wifi to charging our electric car, set the perfect tone for our visit. The Palazzo's location is simply unbeatable – perched right at the highest point of Osimo, offering breathtaking views. We were delighted to find a privileged parking space reserved for our car in the courtyard, a fantastic convenience! Our apartment on the third floor, accessed by a stunning white marble staircase, was a true masterpiece. This two-room haven was adorned with authentic furniture and boasted a fantastic view of the cathedral and the charming town of Osimo. Everything was impeccably renovated, and the king-sized bed with unbelievably soft and fleecy down duvet provided the most serene and quiet night's sleep. The highlight of our departure was being personally bid farewell by Gianlorenzo. He graciously shared fascinating insights into the Palazzo's history, which was built in 1560, and the rich heritage of the Fiorenzi family, reaching all the way back to 1270. This personal touch truly deepened our appreciation for this magnificent place. We truly felt comfortable during our stay, experiencing the perfect blend of historical grandeur and modern comfort. The friendliness and genuine care of Silvia and Gianlorenzo made our experience even more special. With a fantastic rating of 10.0, Palazzo Fiorenzi is an absolute gem, and we cannot recommend it highly enough – it’s an unforgettable experience!

A beautiful historic building, preserved and restructured to be not only true to its history; but also modern and comfortable with all the necessary utilities.

The hotel is a real palazzo with a long history which the owner could tell everything about. The breakfast takes place at a pastry shop nearby which was very convenient, as there are no fixed breakfast times. It is located at the highest point of the city, directly at the city center, and all important places are easily reachable by foot. All in all a great stay!
