"Great location, tidy apartment"

+spacious and tidy apartment + great location, walking distance to waterfrobt and lots of cafes, restaurants and shops near by +beds and pillows +good views

- building lifts are slow (1 out of use) -wear and tear starting to show  in the apartment (no luxury as such as hinted in the name) -no use of safety box it was locked by previous user -no plug near any mirror to blow dry the hair -no instructions to find tv channels -we had no need for housekeeping, it would cost extra though and for some reason housekeeper had been in after two days of our stay and had washed some of our unused towels and hanged them drying in the lounge - shower drain slightly blocked? Did not drain very well

The place is lovely and the location very convenient. The only issue is the building which seems to be lacking care & maintenance eg only 1 working elevator.

"Well presented apartment in central Cape Town - good for downtown meetings"

Good location Nice layout Great view of Table Mountain Well furnished

Only two lifts for entire residences and one was broken for the duration of our stay - made for very LONG waits. Am not confident it was going to be fixed anytime soon. Two full bathrooms, but only one had a shower and the other only had a bath with no shower option. Host could have been clearer that residence was part of the Pullman hotel and that you literally have to walk in as if you are checking into the hotel, but you're actually not. Not a problem if you are aware of the 'situation' for the pick up.
