Beautiful Brand new 3bedroom home

Be cautious when booking this property. They double-booked my stay and contacted me while I was en route to inform me that they weren’t sure how I managed to book the property, as it was already reserved for the same dates. I requested a cancellation and refund, but I still haven’t received it. I've reached out to Booking.com for assistance, but they’ve informed me that they need the property to process the cancellation and refund on their end. To confirm, I did not stay there, and I have the property’s messages acknowledging the double booking and confirming I couldn’t stay. This situation is truly unacceptable, and I just want a refund for the reservation I couldn’t use due to the property being already booked.

Close to 95 and the turnpike. Very large and spacious , beds and pillows were very comfortable.

The mother in law suite was not listed in the description. It didn’t bother me that someone rented it out for one day but you could hear everything through the wall. If I would have know I would have rented it out as well.

It’s very beautiful

The house was nice, very clean, however we had a terrible experience with Booking.com and this house was not our first choice. The owners were very nice and helpful, but this house was 25 miles from the beach, the original house was only 10 mins. from the beach. We were the owners first renters and the house needed many kitchen items, however, whatever we needed the owner got for us. All in all a nice home with attentive owners.

The distance of this house from the beach, it was also on a very busy road, which was noisy when sitting outside.
