Excellent beachfront location and a very home from home environment, everything was there for your needs. Shops,restaurants,takeaways all within close distance. The decor was lovely and themed.

Under sink cabinet in bathroom was a little dirty and dusty Funny smell in the apartment at times,but it is a old building

Location. Equipments. Comfortable bed. Near amenities, transport etc. Very nice views of the coast. Good place to relax to take in the views, as well as people watching.Plenty of information on the room, about local areas. Could have done with pictures of the past of Eastbourne ( as in the informative book on the shelf).

Loads of stairs to maneouver. A couple of areas could have done with better cleaning. Broken furniture on balcony and remnants in ashtray. Parking , a real nightmare!! 😔

could not fault anything beautiful view from balcony it was larger than we thought it was going to be it had everything we needed very clean and location spot on would recommend to friends and family

Location was amazing. Was hard to find parking when we arrived although it was late in the evening.

Check in proceedure was very simple. Apartment has a lovely cozy home from home feel. The bed is THE most comfortable I have ever slept in :-) Everything you might need is available, for example a Fan and an additional Heater. There was no noise from other guests or from outside. The apartment is right opposite the seafront. Lovely to sit on the balcony and have a cup of tea or breakfast etc. Water was nice and hot. Great location, with Tesco and Sainsubury's only 2 mins walk away. Ice cream parour underneath and some nice take-aways behind the apartment.

Frying pan needs replacing - This was mentioned by a previous guest also. Breakfast was ruined by the pan as the food stuck to it. Kitchen utensils and crockery need a little more attention to detail. Some cutlery had not been washed properly, and some pans needed a good scouring before use. Also the fridge had not been wiped out and there were some spillages that needed wiping up.

Most things but especially the bed position view and balcony.

The internal steps leading to and from apartment door to kitchen and main living area plus down and up to the bathroom in the night. No bedside lamps essential for this ageing female’s nocturnal habits!!!

Location, furnishings, decor, cleanliness

It’s a studio not a one bedroom apartment but it suited us as a couple. However, wouldn’t be comfortable sharing with another 2 people. Can I recommend putting edging strips on the stairs in the hallway to the bathroom which would be much safer. We didn’t get info about getting into the property via the key box.

Location for breakfast was ok

I think the lamps could be closer to the beds on the bedside tables
