We had a truly wonderful stay at the house. From the moment we booked, communication with the host was outstanding. Every message was answered promptly, and the host was always friendly, helpful, and attentive, making the entire experience smooth and enjoyable.The property itself was spotless, beautifully presented, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. It’s clear that a lot of care goes into maintaining the house, and the attention to detail really made a difference.The location was excellent—peaceful and safe, yet close to shops, restaurants, and other amenities. It was the perfect base for exploring the area, and we appreciated how convenient everything was.Overall, we couldn’t be happier with our stay. Thank you so much for the warm hospitality and for creating such a lovely place to relax. We had a great time and wish the host continued success in everything they do.

2 up, 2 down terraced house on the outskirts of Sheffield, really handy for visiting son at Endcliffe student accommodation ( Sheffield Uni). It's just off the main road but we didn't get any traffic noise. There is plenty of on-street parking. The host is lovely and gave us clear information plus a tour and instructions for things like heating when we arrived.

This would not be a good house if you have mobility issues as the stairs are very steep and the shower is over the bath. The rooms are quite small - 4 adults might find it a squeeze in the sitting room, but for us, 2 adults and a teenager, there was enough space.

We got a warm welcome to a warm house that had all we needed and was close to the event we were attending.

We felt like at home from the first step in the house. The atmosphere in the house provided us with a very balanced, calm and relaxed energy. Here we found what we needed for a very good rest after hiking and exploring part of Peak district, which was within 30 minutes drive from the property (Derwent reservoir, Bamford, Castletone, Mam Tor and around). The host welcomed us like old friends, showed the property, also gave valuable advise about shops and restaurants around the area. Beds are super comfy in this house.

Lovely house with all the facilities we needed. Well located near shops and cafes, restaurants etc and within an easy drive into the Derbyshire countryside. Third visit. and would return.

Great house in great location for visiting daughter at university. Owner was really communicative and very welcoming. House was clean, beds were comfortable.

Minor point, but there were 4 of us in the group and some things in the kitchen there were only 3 of.
