"Disappointing"

Not much

On first morning pipes broke and all villa was flooded. Staff starts blame me and send me a bill for renovation. After I make video that it’s not my fault - they not even offer me another villa. And it takes few hours to explain that I can’t live in wet house without water. Next moment - guard on gates always drunk at night time. And always ask for passport at entrance

"Lovely spacious villa but check the contents unless you want a challenging check out"

Lovely villa, very clean and spacious. Well maintained.

I recommend that guests count and take photos of the plates and bowls. Half an hour before we checked our three staff came to check the villa and claimed that we had broken 3000 bhat worth of crockery which was untrue. It wasn’t until after a lengthy conversation with the manager that this was resolved but it was a disappointing end to our stay.
