Beautiful and big property, properly maintained with pool and complete amenities. We loved the deco and the comfortable space it had. Only 3 of us stayed there but this villa can easily host 6-8 people with 3 bedrooms and 2 sofabeds.

On the second night the wifi had some trouble so we used our own internet.

The villa is beautiful with three big bedrooms which was perfect for our family, a full furnished kitchen which makes it easier with kids (with water bottle provided). The pool is amazing to chill and relax and the location of the house is great - near the centre of Ungasan with all required amenities (coffees shops, supermarkets..) Thank you Kelly and Anita - we will definitely come back soon!

An amazing villa by Bali standards, it’s equipped with everything you could possibly imagine and more. Designed for long-term stays, it’s perfect for a large family or a group of friends. The villa even includes a washing machine and a dishwasher. Every detail seems well thought out, giving the impression that it was once built as a personal residence rather than just for rent.

Due to the overall high traffic in the Bukit area and widespread road construction, the street in front of the villa is used as a detour to avoid traffic jams. From morning until night, there is heavy traffic right in front of the villa—motorbikes, cars, and trucks constantly passing by. This can be a drawback for long-term stays or a secluded vacation. However, I wouldn’t say the problem lies with the villa itself—the Bukit area is gradually turning into a second Canggu year by year.

We absolutely loved the villa! It's spacious, stylish, comfortable, and clean, with everything you could need. We stayed as two families, so it was very convenient to have a room with separate beds for the children. Each bedroom has its own shower and toilet, but there's also a separate guest toilet on the first floor. A huge plus is the access to the rooftop with a large relaxation area. Kelly and Nita are incredibly hospitable, always available, and helpful with all our questions! Thank you both so much! We experienced occasional power outages, but after reporting the issue, it was quickly resolved. The cleaning service was provided almost every day, so overall, we have no complaints whatsoever.

A wonderful villa with an excellent location, not far from the beach. The villa is equipped with all the necessary amenities — a hairdryer, a washing machine, and everything you need to make your stay as comfortable as possible. The owner has even thought about the look of your clothes by providing an iron in the house. The villa is very bright, with a beautiful pool that isn’t overly chlorinated. There’s plenty of natural light throughout the space. The staff is fantastic — they keep the villa clean and provide fresh towels and bed linen regularly.

Showers on the top floor were funny and need a bit fixing

We made our own breakfasts. The location was very good but a little far from grocery shopping. But it was so near to Ohana restaurant and children’s play activities. This was a major plus with 2 small active children! They even had a Christmas Eve dinner and Father Christmas who gave presents to all the children! The villa roof top had great facilities and the view of the sea was amazing. The whole area was turfed and had barbecue equipment. Very thoughtful and creative!

Nothing could have been better. We had a most enjoyable stay.
