The house is absolutely beautiful.

We liked everything

The house was comfortable, light and airy and there was plenty of space for us all. We liked the privacy of the patio. A couple of small issues were dealt with promptly by the guest communication team

Just a small comment - As we had children with us it would have been helpful to have a tumble dryer , as the weather wasn't always good enough to hang clothes outside.

The house was beautiful in a close location to the town centre and beach on a quiet street with ample parking for all of us

The house was perfect for me and my family. It was spotlessly clean and had everything we needed. The scratch cards for parking was easy to use . The location of the house is great, we managed to walk to most places or catch the bus so we didn't need to take the cars and mess about finding and paying for car parks etc. Would definitely go back, the whole family was very impressed. Thank you for a lovely stay

The only thing we didn't like was that there wasn't a mirror in the bedrooms for us ladies to do our hair but we managed using the landing mirrors and an extension for the hairdryer

Everything was amazing

Everything was just perfect. The cleanliness of the house was amazing, very comfortable and rather a big house. The outside belies how big the house is. Location is just perfect for walking down town...

Not a complaint as such, but if you wanted extra brownie points then I would have loved shower gel and shampoo/conditioner as we didn't realise there wasn't any until the morning we needed to use it and as we flew from Canada we didn't think to bring any.

We stayed for four nights. Only four of us were in this large house, but it would still feel ample even if fully occupied. The house was comfortable, stylish and immaculately clean. The kitchen was well-equipped and both showers were powerful. Parking on the road was easy with the scratchcards and we could park near the house. We had good weather and although the back garden is small, we managed to have breakfast out there and catch the sun. The house is a short walk from the town centre, the station and a large Sainsbury's supermarket. We had a great time visiting the town and nearby places such as Whitby and Robin Hood's Bay.

The power sockets in the bedrooms are not well placed for charging phones (bring a long cable!) and my husband couldn't find a socket near to a mirror to plug in his shaver.

Correct code to get in. Blind and curtains in 2 rooms too light. Shower door to close was missing. Leak in first floor bedroom wetting carpet. Reported. Plumber in our guest visitor says it was under floor leak relating to no hot water pressure sometimes. Still no answer back about £250 refund we paid in case of damages. None happened..
