Modern 2-Bedroom Eucalyptus House

House was fairly clean All appliances worked

A/C in house house didn't work besides the A/C in the living room. Very hot in the rooms.. No locks on bedroom doors. Tub was very slippery. Other than that everything was good. Location was OK but too far from pismo for us. Homeless were right around the corner.

I love this location - easy access to downtown SLO and Cal Poly; close to shopping and restaurants of Madonna Rd, and Trader Joes. Properties are always cleaned and well maintained.

Limited parking for more than 1 car (or having an in-town visitor).

The unit was clean

It was in a crowded community of trailers. Although we had dedicated parking, someone at the community used our space. They also played music very late in the night. It was noisy and the eucalyptus smell was strong and smelled like cat pee. Would not stay again nor recommend.

It was so easy to put in the code and the front door opened without any trouble

Everything was great - from the location, to the parking, to the two bedrooms, to the kitchen , the dishwasher and the washer and dryer, which we didn't expect. The 2 bedroom house was close to the University, to shopping, and downtown SLO and it was just a few minutes drive to everything that we needed.

This place is a hidden gem. Perfectly situated about 2 min drive to downtown SLO. The beds were comfortable and there is a ton of room in this not so tiny home. Appreciated the extras like a dishwasher, washer/dryer in unit and 4 person table. We were able to prepare simple meals and spend quality time as a family. This is our new favorite of Tessa’s mini-homes. We will be back!

The only challenge faced was our own with trying to figure out how to lock the door on departure. Once we figured it out, it was easy.
