Corfu Panoramic View All The City

They did leave us a bottle of wine.

We arrived at night. It was very difficult to find. The host did not meet us. When we did get inside we were informed on a piece of paper that we might not have any water. There was of course no mention of this when we booked. The a/c was unplugged - so it didn't work. Her brother did come to fix that. The apartment was very old and dusty. The beds were hard. A big disappointment. We traveled around Europe for 25 days and this was the worst place we stayed.

The view over the city from the balcony is stunning. The beds were comfortable, and the air conditioning worked in the bedrooms.

Unfortunately, the flat appears to be uninsulated and on the top floor. As a result, outside the airconditioned bedrooms the rest of the flat - living room, kitchen and bathroom - was stiflingly hot, without any breeze and unusable. Through no fault of the owner, we also only had water for four hours of our two-day stay, which was just thoroughly unpleasant. When I messaged the owner to ask for a reduction in rent as a result of this, she simply didn't reply.

The location and the view

There was an absence of water for a long time, from evening to early in the morning. During the time that water was present, there was only a small amount of it. Hot water was not avaliable all the time. Having a shower was difficult.

Both the location and the apartment are superb.

Lovely host, always responded quickly and waited for us to arrive until late at night. The accommodation had everything we needed, the decoration made us feel like home and the location was very close to the airport and the old town. The view was amazing, perfect for enjoying the sunset or sunrise. Can’t wait to come back to Corfu and stay here ❤️

Everything was perfect, just be mindful of the water problems all over the island so you can be prepared :)

Great apartment in the best part of Corfu town - everything close by and yet peaceful and quiet. Gorgeous views of the city and hatbor from the balcony. A gem!! Stamatina is a very accommodating host. We loved staying here!

Water is sometimes a problem, but this is a city-wide problem

Everything was excellent. The decor, cleanliness and location. Could not fault it.
