This place is perfect. Next to the beach but within walking distance from the main road. The room was spacious, comfortable and had beautiful sunset views. The free minibar was generously filled, not to forget the welcome cookies and drinks at the beach. Beach access was as easy as walking to your backyard. Umbrellas, sand, gentle waves, and a beach bar with reasonably priced drinks. Like I said, perfect!! No buffet breakfast, you have to order in advance, but they were nice enough to accommodate a late request for us. We loved everything we ordered during our stay, and the option to have it served in the room or at the beach was unique. Lastly, shout out to the great staff, too. Everyone was very nice, patient and genuinely welcoming. Thank you.

I didn't dislike anything. I only wished the bathroom had an extra light. Ours felt a bit dark, especially if you're shaving and need the mirror.

Все прошло просто отлично, начиная с трансфера из аэропорта и заканчивая организацией переезда на новое место! Очень отзывчивый и дружелюбный персонал, за что им отдельная благодарность, встретили с вкусняшками, бесплатно довезли в следующий отель. Сама вилла очень уютная, чистая, есть все, что нужно даже для длительного проживания. Первая линия, до главной улицы несколько минут пешком. С радостью бы вернулись сюда снова!

Это топ! 100 из 10! Это потрясающее место! Расположение - идеальное! 10 метров до моря, засыпаешь и просыпаешься под шум моря. Чистота - каждый день уборка и смена полотенец. Пополнение мини бара. Пиво, вода, снеки, кола - каждый день. Персонал - одна большая дружная семья. Тебе реально рады и делают все, чтобы тебе было комфортно. Каждому сотруднику человеческое большое спасибо! Завтрак- 16 вариантов, выбирай какой хочешь каждый день Лежаки - бесплатн На баре коктейли - отличные, не разбавленные. В общем, отпуск удался. Мы брали машину и объездили все пляжи, Лонг бич был самый чистый. Кхем и сал-куча мусора в воде, волны и людей, как в Анапе. Однозначно рекомендую этот отель!

They did a great job designing the rooms, comfortable beds and cushions for the living area. It was very nice to have room service for breakfast included with the room price. Bed linens were very smooth and comfortable, great quality.

The kitchen had ventilation holes in the wall for the stove and it’s impossible to close the holes. So some mosquitoes were able to sneak into the house. There is a mosquito zapper which came in handy but would have prefered an option to close the holes. Also, because of the holes, some stinky smells from outside were subjected to the kitchen area. Again, if there was a window installed that you could open and close instead of the open holes, I think it would fix this problem.

Great location at the beach. Very clean. Very nice people (owner) that were helpful with all the small things (e.g. takeaway breakfast). Great laundry quality. Comfortable for work with good and reliable wifi, comfortable balcony.

Breakfast is not very good. The la carte menu is quite limited when it comes to choices, a lot of western options which are not really good. Low quality of food compared to what is purchased in their restaurant for a regular price. This place deserves a buffet breakfast, ecology as an excuse is just dumb. The pool was not available (simply dirty) during our entire stay. For an object that is advertised as with a pool available onsite it was quite disappointing. Sunbeds at the beach are for the hotel guest but there is a terrible system behind it. All sunbeds are actually sold out for an extra 200 thousand dong to anyone that wants to rent it for a day. This leads to a situation when again an object advertised as sunbed included is selling all the sunbeds until 10 am so you either get up early and block the sunbed or won't be able to have it for the day..
