The sheets were clean, the location was good (in the area we needed to stay). Elevator was spacious and functional (one of two was on maintenance). All the appliances mentioned were present.

We were moved just before our arrival to another apartment building and in a studio far from the ones presented in the reservation. It was a huge downgrade that ruined our vacation. It was furnished with cheap furniture and fixtures, the bed was broken and the lights inside were horrid, especially in the bathroom. When I told them about the change not being ok with us there was no reply. The bathroom was also dirty in some places, there were only two towels!! On the walls there was a large amount of dirt, grime and squashed mosquitoes.
