I never write reviews. But this was one of our worst experience.. The hotel/room/service were all worst. The room were spacious.

Rooms - It had seepage walls and it was not even cleaned once in 3 days and even before the stay. Had to continuously chase them to get hot water. No tv, remote etc.. There was no drinking water. Toilet Flush did not work. There were no employee to attend. We had to call them to find them. I can keep complaining.

This hotel is a SCAM. They accept bookings through Booking.com but aren’t actually synced with the platform. Your reservation may show as confirmed online, but once you arrive — surprise! — they’ll tell you there’s no booking and no rooms available. To make matters worse, the hotel itself is in terrible condition: the staff is rude, and the building looks like it hasn’t been maintained since the 1970s and big potholes in front of the hotel. In a way, I was relieved my booking got cancelled — but it caused a lot of stress trying to find a decent place to stay at the last minute in a new city.

My experience with this hotel was extremely disappointing. We were given an old room filled with fungus, and the smell was unbearable. Our trip turned into a nightmare, especially since we were traveling with kids. I had to cancel the remaining two days of our stay and book another hotel overnight through a different app. It would be better to remove such hotels from booking.com listings.

The room was spacious.

Difficult to find the location. The hotel name is different in Booking.com and the real name is different. The road is full muddy and They claim that, this is 3 stars but we did not find even one water bottle in the room. The TV was not working and no hot water. I saw the people come early in the morning and sleep in the reception but no one attended them and even their phone calls were not attended. I felt like these people are working for money and not for service. Please avoid this hotel.

The service was outstanding. The staff was attentive, professional, and genuinely welcoming, which made a big difference in the overall experience. Whether you're staying for a short visit or a longer trip, this place offers comfort, convenience, and a touch of charm. I would gladly return and recommend it to anyone looking for a quality stay.

I really enjoyed my time here. The place was clean, quiet, and had a very comfortable vibe. Everything I needed was available, and it was easy to settle in right away.

The room and the full place would need to get cleaned at the first place. I found ants on the washroom, and stains on the bed cover. It was super unhygenic and aweful. The staff behaviour was also little strange, they did not even help me to take the luggage to room. Even when I asked for the refund as I had to leave, they did not try to arrange and said that it would be waste of money after I already paid.

The cleanliness would require proper standard to live in these rooms, the washrooms and the beds should be cleaned after the guest leaves. The service should maintain some manners as well.
