Booking.Com itself is a waste I feel....you people should stop your business.....even after booking through you people & getting confirmation of the booking.... didn't get rooms in the hotel as they said that the booking had been cancelled. Because of Booking.Com our entire trip was messed up as we had to roam the entire Madikeri city for 3-4 hours for getting space in other hotels. It was a horrible experience.

The basic facilities like handwash, tissue, drinking water, tea / coffee are not provided. Bed lining materials are not clean, torn, matrices & pillows are in very bad condition. very poor standard.
