False information. They are not in Aero city and have lied about the location. Overpriced and was not willing to give a refund and blaming it on booking.com . There are far better hotels near by that are better quality, presentable and cheaper .Location is in an alleyway where cabs dont want to go. Refurbishment work going on with hotel dirty and dusty. Rooms dont have clean bed and have wallpaper peeling off, pictures dangling sideways, flush not working, wifi not wirking, only made ac work when asked. You get escorted to another hotel for breakfast which is 5 minutes walk away. staff were unprofessional and dont value customer . They have lied about their service . The picture in the advert is a false representation of the hotel.
LKI had a wonderful experience at the (Hotel hsp suites New Delhi). Every staff member I encountered, from the valet to the check- in to the cleaning staff were delightful and eager to help. The staff at this property are all great! They all go above and beyond to make your stay comfortable.

MYGreat hotel to stay in, room was nice and clean. Great value for money and only 15 mins from airport. Stayed 1 days and was great for our needs. Hotel manager made our lives very easy and helped organize taxis and trips around Delhi during our stay. Couldn't recommend more!
