Double bed BW4 Accrington Burnley

Nothing nice about it.

Dirty. Just a bed and waredrobe in room. Not even a tv! Shared bathroom disgusting. Living room had a random bed in. One room just an ironing board. Price not worth what we got.. wouldn't have even paid a tenner.

On arrival I couldn't enter the property. I rang the number provided but it rang out. I then had to go to a local pub (as a recovering alcoholic this wasn't the ideal situation I found myself in) as to solve the problem. It was raining heavily at the time. I sent a message to the number provided, and they said I needed to send photo I'd. The message came back within a few minutes. I had already been confirmed as grand before I set off. I sent a picture of my driving licence, and a code was sent. The property was very basic. It did have most things, but downstairs there wasn't a chair to sit on, or table to eat off. The bedroom was again basic, but I did sleep. There was a washing machine, but there were clothes in the tub was I arrived, and they were still there when I left. I wouldn't have used it, but the option would have been nice. When I was leaving I had an issue were I was locked out. Before I left, I took a walk to the local cemetery to say a prayer to my parents. On the text I received, it said the hours I was to leave. 12.00 on 3/12/25 was on the message. I was back for 11.20 and put in the code, to be told the code was not active. I sent a message to the number, to be told I was beyond my time limit. I replied the message sent disagreed, and noon was the time for departure. After a bit of twoing and froing I was given an emergency code that could only be used once. The place did the job, but I won't use the place again, and I would certainly not recommend it, apart from to bold people!

Please see above. Also, there was a mouldy smell about the property. It is not a nice place.

Didn’t even see the property, paid and apparently fully booked so awaiting refund left it till last minute and even then I rang them to ask for check in code and location, waste of £40

The mattes was very cheap had no padding literally sleeping on springs
