Casa Ierardi - Appartamento Arona

The room size, very big with two balconies. Excellent WiFi and good AC. Despite being small (VW Golf just fits) the garage is very helpful.

First of all the contact with the owner was very complicated. Surprisingly she wasn't around (no prior notice to that) and she doesn't speak any english which makes the communication very hard. In my opinion it is necessary to at least be able to describe the location of the appartement in the building to your guests in english, if you run a tourist business! A big shock for me was the dirty bedsheet. Given the very good reviews here, I was really surprised to see this (Foto below). On top of that I suffer from allergic reactions on my back from the chairs on the balcony. Honestly I cannot be sure about the cleaning here. As a sidemark, the coffeemachine isn't usable with the equiped capsules. However all in all it is ok, but given the exellent reviews here I was negatively surprised.

Overnight stay. Clean. Modern. Spacious. Comfortable beds.

Balcony off living room looks on to a busy road but bedrooms are at the rear, so are quieter. Private parking/garage too small for our Renault Clio so we parked on a nearby car park instead.

The flat is well equiped, clean. Miriam met us, show flat, give us a ride to show town. 15 minutes to a beach, 7 min to supermarket, 12 min to centre, all in a walking distance. Arona is amazing town, with relaxing atmosphere of joy and rest. Thanks a lot for a pleasent stay!

Noise from a car collecting garbage at 6 a.m. (but we knew about it from the reviews on the booking)

It was convenient location. Close to train station restaurants and shopping and lakeside

Pillows were hard. Need to have a espresso machine that uses pods. It would be easier.

A perfect apartment. Perfect host and perfect communication. Whe want to come back next year.
