Lovely 3 Bedroom House Manchester

Good location for what we needed. Beds were comfy

Smell of weed as you enter the property/downstairs despite it being non smoking throughout. I understand that a previous guest probably caused the smell but I feel it should have been sorted before, as it was very unpleasant. Kitchen very basic

Good house in a great location for what we needed. Spacious bedrooms and nice to have a garden where we could sit out and have dinner when the weather was nice.

The property was quite sparse- would be much improved by having a set of matching glasses, cups and crockery and some bedside lights. There was no plug for the bath and so was unable to use it for my children.

The environment is quiet and the house was good.

Check-in on Booking.com stated 3pm. But when I got there, the host told me that it was 4pm and promised sending someone to hand me the key at 4pm. At 4pm, no one showed up. When I called I was given the key code to collect the key from the key box. I found this aspect of the service very poor and unreasonable.

The decor was patchy and things like doors and radiators needed a clean. The kitchen floor still had wet boot marks across it
