"A lovely spot for a relaxing getaway."

Great location overlooking the mainly shingle beach and away from any busy roads. Perfect for dog walking. Apartment was comfortable and had everything one would need. Did not meet the hosts but good communication in plenty of time for stay and excellent instructions for finding the property.

I loved the little extra touches such as automatic lighting in kitchen and hall way, beautiful decor, fantastic dual aspect window, comfortable beds great facilities, Alexa players in the rooms, smart TV, and the obvious thoughtfulness that had gone into setting everything up

The space to park the car was tight

"Lovely view and spacious flat, perfect for a quiet weekend away"

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Pevensey is tucked away and very quiet. The flat has a glorious view of the whole bay and is was wonderful to see the sea and any activities along the beach. We found the area to be quiet, welcoming and very dog friendly. Parking behind the property down a narrow lane was easy. There is a pub on the beach within strolling distance. We visited Pevensey castle, Hastings and Sovereign bay marina at Eastbourne. This is a great place for a short visit, especially if you like peace and quiet.

A few more items of crockery would be good.

The property is excellent! Wonderful location, very relaxing 😎 very clean, with everything that you could possibly want! Rachel gave excellent directions to the property and she was very responsive over text !

Not a complete negative, but down a very narrow lane & the stairs up to the property are very steep!
