Comfort in the Heart of Waterfall

The location was good as it’s in the quieter part of Johannesburg.

It was tidy however not clean, didn’t look like it had been cleaned from the previous tenants stay which was very disappointing. Bedsheets were not changed and the dustbins were not emptied either.

The location was good, and the unit was new, but that's where it ends. Furnishings need attention and making your guests feel comfortable, and taking our privacy into consideration was not thought about.

There weren't any lace curtains in the unit. This forced us to keep the curtains closed on a hot summer day, as the neighbors were right across from us and could look into the apartment. The poor quality of the bed, you could literally feel the springs on the bed poking you through the mattress protector. The fridge gave a fawl smell we couldn't use it at all, not mentioning the dirty wet mop in the cupboard. Booking was confirmed for two adults. There was only one towel in the unit.

Bathroom..... Had to bath with cold water up until my last day and when we call for help they just say in 5 minutes it'll be okay but dololo
