Nothing ,everything is beyond worse

Everything ,worst maintainance ,not clean,nothing works nor Ac nor water heater ,even flesh in the bathroom doesn't work ,not only 1 room all the rooms are same

Nice staffs.

Can not close the bath room door when we you out side the bath room, the whole stay need to sleep with bath room door opened. I never seen this much Cockroaches in any other place. They even roam in the bed, sleepless night. Electrical switches were damaged, very risky. Very simple and less quantity breakfast, not worthy for paying it, but taste is good.

Location

The primary reason for booking is the location in Hitech city, near to the US visa office, i went for renewal purpose. The stay was awful, the room wasn't clean and the ac gave kind of foul smell, we ended up sleeping without comfortable temperature, the bathroom was horrible. Overall my grand mistake to consider this hotel

I booked 1 room for 2 Adults and 2 kids, Booking.com portal automatically selected 2 seperate rooms. I used only one room, but Hotel charged from me for both the rooms

The staff was quick to respond when needed.

The ambience. AC didn't work even after getting it fixed multiple times. Bathroom didn't have any cloth hanger. Food menu was kept in the room but I called the given number at 10:30 AM for breakfast, I was told the kitchen will start from 11AM. I mean what is the point of mentioning breakfast then.

Worst hotel never choose the manager is mannerless and support less also a lier.

The behaviour of manager and staff is ridiculous.
