Very central and walking distance to everything, riverside, royal palace, psar tmei market. Rooms were modern, clean and comfortable. Comfy bed, pillows and cover clean and crisp. Staff were all amazing. There was building work next to hotel and the noise was quite loud. Grateful we were moved to a different room which was a lot more quiet.

L’emplacement est bien, l’hôtel est propre

Aucun service de chambre malgré la mention de draps devant être changé au bout de 2 nuits, donc plus de papier toilette ni produit de douche, aucun savon pour les mains, le lecteur de carte pour l’électricité tenait à peine en place, créant des coupures d’électricité, des odeurs d’égouts qui remontent jusqu’au 9eme dans le lavabo, les linges sentaient mauvais. La clim de l’entrée vous coule dessus,… Comprenez que l’hôtel reste bien mais je ne vois pas comment Booking catégorise ceci en 5 étoiles…

The hotel is located in a central area, close to sights as well as food places & markets. The room was very clean, had all the amenities needed. The highlight of the hotel was its rooftop with the stunning pool overlooking the city. Breakfast was prepared on the spot, and you could choose as many items from the menu as you wished. The view from the restaurant is also amazing!!
