property was very dark and tired, carpets need a good clean as did the kitchen floor. Kitchen appliances need to be renewed microwave and oven did not work. Property was cold and unwelcoming

The beds were uncomfortable and bent in the middle. There weren't enough appliances in the kitchen and no basic things, such as salt. It wasn't really clean.
