FabHotel Oakwey Inn - Indiranagar

Irrelevant as they said booked, confirmed room is not available, when i reached hotel

I booked room via booking.com and got confirmed. Drove almost 10 hours to reach hotel around 10:30-11 at the night with family and hotel said there is no booking. Fabhotel support then said there was a technical mistake and then offered another stay in another fabhotel which was not convenient for me. I had to find another hotel myself during that tired late night. Fabhotel is not even willing to refund amount I made against booking. They are repeating wrong justifications that i asked them to change hotel which they cannot. I have the booking confirmation, call recordings with fabhotel helpdesk, email communications etc.. to prove them wrong. As i understand, the issue is in the coordination between fabhotel and booking.com.

They said they are booked and didn’t give me the booking room but they charged from themselves
