Rustic home in heart of Stemnitsa

The property is super well located, very close to the main square of the village and with ample parking only a few meters away.

Nothing. Everything was fantastic!

The house is beautiful and very spacious, in a perfect position, a couple of minutes from the center square. The kitchen had everything you can need and the host even left some bread and a marmelade for us.

For us it was perfect, but the stairs to go to the other floor (where there are two of the 3 bedrooms) were quite difficult (those rooms wouldn't be easy to use for elderly people or people with difficulties going up the stairs).

The location was perfect, just round the corner from the main square of Stemnitsa where you can sit in the morning sun and have a coffee. I spent some time researching property in Arcadia and nothing ticked all the boxes except this property. Stylishly decorated, lovely fireplace, great location, spotlessly clean, friendly and helpful contact with the owner. The village itself is the beginning of the great Menalon Trail so we had 5 perfect days of walking and evenings by the fire. I cannot recommend highly enough and we intend to return.

I honestly can't think of anything. Parking is a challenge but you can't complain about that as this is a beautiful historical village and not a parking lot so a bit of manoeuvring is to be expected.
