Clean and tidy.very comfortable.

Room felt luxurious, the area is very nice as it's centre of village, there were nice extra touches with complimentary water and Nespresso pods. Also bathroom was decent and complementary soap was delightful.

The property is very well looked after, some may say too well looked after. There is a plenty of warnings scattered around the room and toilet, reminding you what you cannot do and what are the repercussions. I get that rooms pretty and clean and owner want to keep it this way, but the email with rules and potential penalties for breaking them was very off putting to the point that it damped our stay, we are decent couple who respect property but warning on toilet seat and email with extensive rules and landlord rental agreement for one night was just too much. We loved the room and everything was great but those over the top rules and warnings were so off putting that even we loved the room we would definitely won't come back as peace of mind is very precious during the holiday and sleeping in the room where you worried about accidently breaking a rule and getting fined is not what you want during rest time.

Unser Zimmer war sehr groß und sehr gut ausgestattet. Das Bett war sehr groß, ebenfalls die Decke dazu und wir haben fantastisch geschlafen!

Den Morgenverkehr hörte man ein wenig - was bei leichtem Schlaf sicher erwähnenswert ist.

The room is lovely. . The bed is so comfortable.The place is spotlessly clean. , and people that own it have thought of everything.

Our room was comfortable, a good size and very clean. Situated in the centre of Auchterarder with plenty of places to eat nearby. Communication with the owner was good and helpful.

Everything was as expected.
