Apartamentul este spațios, curat și este situat într-o o zonă liniștită. Proprietarul este serios, serviabil și a fost foarte promt și corect în rezolvarea unor probleme apărute pe parcursul rezervării. Recomand!

Had some problems with collecting the keys, but the owner helped me promptly get the keys.

I didn't like the fact that the apartment doesn't have a living room. So you enter the apartment directly into Bedroom 1. So there is no privacy for the person that sleeps in Bedroom 1. Also I didn't like the fact that the kitchen didn't have any windows. I guess originally it was a one-bedroom apartament, but the owner modified it into a two-bedroom apartament.

We booked a 2-bedroom apartment for 3 nights in Arad through Booking.com, entering the correct ages of our children at the time of reservation. Later, the owner contacted us saying that in the system he received the children’s ages as 0 years old. I believe this was a Booking platform glitch, but such errors should not affect the guests. Based on this, the owner asked for extra charges: initially 50 RON/child for the entire stay, then he changed it to 50 RON/child per night. These charges were not mentioned anywhere on Booking, which created confusion and a lack of trust. After confirmation we were also informed that the kitchen could not be used for cooking unless the booking was made for at least 7 days. Even if this was not our case, such restrictions should be clearly mentioned before making the reservation. Another unpleasant aspect was the payment method – the owner first asked for cash, and after we refused, we were forced to make a bank transfer, which is not very convenient or safe for a booking made through the platform. The apartment itself was fine in terms of space and conditions, but the overall experience was overshadowed by the lack of transparency and the change of conditions after confirmation. It would be very useful if Booking could correct such issues and ensure that all information is complete and accurate for future guests.

Am rezervat un apartament cu 2 camere pentru 3 nopți în Arad prin Booking.com, introducând corect vârstele copiilor. Ulterior, am fost contactați de proprietar, care ne-a spus că în sistem a primit vârstele copiilor ca fiind 0 ani. Consider că a fost un glitch al platformei Booking, însă acest lucru nu ar trebui să se răsfrângă asupra clienților. Pe baza acestei informații, proprietarul ne-a cerut taxe suplimentare: inițial 50 RON/copil pentru tot sejurul, apoi a schimbat condițiile la 50 RON/copil/noapte. Aceste taxe nu apăreau nicăieri pe Booking și au creat confuzie și neîncredere. După confirmarea rezervării, am mai aflat și că nu putem folosi bucătăria pentru gătit decât dacă facem programări cu cel puțin 7 zile în avans. Chiar dacă în cazul nostru nu a fost nevoie, consider că astfel de restricții ar trebui menționate clar înainte de rezervare. Un alt aspect neplăcut a fost modul de plată – proprietarul a cerut bani cash, iar după ce am refuzat, am fost nevoiți să facem transfer bancar, ceea ce nu este tocmai comod sau sigur pentru o rezervare făcută prin Booking. Apartamentul a fost ok ca spațiu și condiții, însă experiența generală a fost umbrită de lipsa de transparență și schimbarea condițiilor după rezervare. Ar fi util ca Booking să corecteze acest tip de probleme și să se asigure că informațiile afișate sunt complete și corecte pentru a evita astfel de situații.
