Villa Fiesta - Beachfront Getaway

beautiful property by the beach, very exclusive. There are currently only two villas and during our stay the 2nd villa was empty so we had the place to ourselves, it felt like our own private retreat. A swimming pool has recently been added which was a blissful addition for taking that dip to cool down without having to go to the sea! Meals prepared by Robin were always fresh and delicious. Staff were friendly and attentive. We loved the 3 dogs too, Vanilla, Sweetie and Raju who were all very friendly.

There was a lot of rubbish on the beach (no fault of the property), but we did notice it being cleaned on one day of our 5 day stay. Every night desert was ice cream, some variety would have been appreciated. There were no available snacks to buy, and also ran out of drinks twice (again staff did go and purchase more)

Villa Fiesta is in a great location, thanks to its close proximity to Panaji, Old Goa and the airport, but once you arrive, it feels like a remote, heavenly tropical hideaway. The gardens are lovely, with various little spots to relax, sunbathe, read, or simply stare out over the beach and sea. The rooms are spacious, clean, and have a heritage feel, with lots of dark wood creating a cosy atmosphere. The staff here are lovely — Anu greeted us on arrival and made sure we were settled in nicely, and she was available on WhatsApp if we had any questions. We had incredible food prepared for us daily by Chef Robin, while housekeeping, drinks, and anything else we needed were taken care of by Eknath. Both did everything they could to make our stay very special. Villa Fiesta is the kind of place that has you thinking about when you can come back only a day after arriving.

We loved this place it was so relaxing and beautiful. The atmosphere is very old fashioned Goa in a good way with a few zones to sunbathe , eat and swim. Sea is available just outside the property gate and the food was always lovely. The housekeeper and chef were excellent, kind and patient. We would love to go back one day and spent a whole week there which was still not enough. The concierge was helpful throughout via WhatsApp, arranging anything we needed throughout!

The beaches in south Goa can get more litter than in north Goa but there are regular ‘tidy ups’ and it was never bad outside our direct part of the beach. We don’t mind but it is worth saying that this property really is out of the way so expect full switch off mode!!!

Eigenlijk alles. Specifiek de schitterende tuin (eerder een klein park). De hulpvaardigheid van echt iedereen die er werkt. Niemand uitgezonderd. Van eigenaar tot tuinman.

De maaltijd constructie blijft “verwarrend”. Ook nu we hier voor de tweede keer waren. Het eten zelf is heerlijk en met super veel liefde gemaakt.

We had an amazing four night stay at Villa Fiesta. A slice of paradise, beautifully laid out property, spacious and with everything you need. The staff were fantastic and all the food cooked by Robin was delicious. The dogs also very friendly.

Villa Fiesta was a complete lucky find and we are so glad we discovered it. Due to an unexpected issue with our visa, we sadly missed our original flights to Goa. When we contacted the owner, Yellow, she was incredibly understanding and went out of her way to help us with alternative dates. Although the villa was reserved for the owners’ own private time, they very kindly allowed us to stay for one night – a gesture we will never forget. From the moment we arrived, it felt like pure paradise. We had access to the swimming pool and all the beautiful facilities, and we pre-booked a meal which was freshly prepared on site by their friendly, dedicated team. The owners even joined us for dinner, which was such a lovely touch and gave us the chance to hear about their life and the story behind this special place. In the morning, my husband swam in the sea just a stone’s throw from the villa and had the entire beach completely to himself, not another person in sight in either direction. The golden sand and beautiful water were absolutely stunning and so peaceful. They also arranged a car to take us on to our next destination, and we were genuinely sad to leave after just one night. We made a promise to return and truly cannot wait to come back. A very special place with exceptional kindness and hospitality.

What’s not to like!?

Very small and intimate. All the food was amazing but the breakfasts with the sea so close, was especially nice. We really enjoyed meeting the other guests as well

The beach was covered in a lot of rubbish and there are a lot of stray dogs on the beach outside the property

This was our first trip to India and after sightseeing in Mumbai for several days, we wanted a place to relax and enjoy a quiet time together. Villa Fiesta has the nicest people, home-cooked local food of the best quality and just a perfect setting and ambience for a urban / digital detox. The host Habiba is an incredible human being, spreading so much good energy and making our stay a really special one we will never forget. The chef Tulunga is an artist of his craft, taking home-style cooking to another level. Every day we were served with a new variety of local dishes and breads that just amazed us again and again. Thank you so much for an unforgettable stay!
