Buena ubicación.

A pesar de lo moderno que es el alojamiento, no cuenta con algo imprescindible hoy en día como es un aire acondicionado. El frío que hacía era notable, incluso siendo difícil conciliar el sueño por la noche. Solo hay un radiador de aceite que apenas da calor, ni consigue caldear el apartamento. El alojamiento dispone de mantas extra, que fueron utilizadas pero ni aún así se notó mejoría. La sensación era de tener más frío dentro del apartamento que fuera en la calle.

Хозяин квартиры был всегда на связи. Фото на букинге полностью соответствует оригиналу. Вчерами было холодно, но у нас в квартире был радиатор, мы его всегда включали. Так же нам оставили вкусный чай, мы с удовольствием пили его вечерами. Центр рядом. Так же рядом была кафешка с сырниками, мы ходили туда завтракать.

The apartment itself is nice, clean and as per the photos. It's compact. In a convenient location. Plenty of good bars, restaurants and coffee shops just down the street and close proximity to the city and metro (to/from the airport). Great location but particularly noisy. I'd rather have been a few more blocks away with less noise day AND night. It was a shame for the noise as other than that, a nice apartment.

I don't usually complain/I overlook most nuisances, but this time I was just very disappointed:- Day #2 I reported that the front door would not lock, it only closed behind us (a key is still required to actually open the door), the double lock mechanism stopped working. FYI There is no safe in the apartment. My numerous messages (including video demo) were always immediately acknowledged, saying the matter would be attended to with urgency. We actually got 5 messages (presumably from a message bot) over the next few days, saying the same thing. Nobody ever came to look or fix it. At night time, local bars were quite loud and noisy. In particular, Thurs night, the bar directly across the street had singing and roaring until 1.30am. Windows may as well have been left open, it made no difference to the noise levels inside the apartment. Street traffic right outside from early morning, starts after 7am. Building construction is going on across the road, apartments being built there and also in another block nearby (to the right). There are huge cranes and all forms of noise associated with building works. We didn't know anything about this prior to arriving (which I found unusual). My opinion is that these works are unlikely to be completed in the near future, I'd guess well into 2026. They start early in the morning and along with the traffic noise levels are different each day. Only one bath towel per person for a week. If more were required, there's a charge of 30 euros (which would include a bed linen change too). We only wanted a couple of extra towels so it was cheaper to buy locally instead (3e for a soft new towel!). Theirs are thin and old. It would have been nice if one or two pods for the coffee machine were left on arrival. Also, a few sugar sachets and some cooking oil would have been handy; who wants a full bottle for using only once or twice! They did provide ample toilet paper, pepper/salt, kitchen towels and dish...
