Nice clean caravan, plenty of room. Great location

There was a little bit of a smell from the carpets

The location was perfect close to everything we needed

The smell of dog pee, hit you as you walked through the door, dog hair everywhere. No cleaning supplies. Hoover didn’t work. Couldn’t eat food inside caravan as the dog pee was that bad. Cleaner arrived with a persil tablet and bucket, asked me to clean it as she was late to watch coronation street. Worse caravan I’ve ever hired. Baby couldn’t even crawl on floor as it was that bad. The neighbour advised me there was 6 dogs in the caravan, that left, an hour before I checked in. Saved up all year for a shit hole of a caravan. Guttered. Owner didn’t reply and still nothing to this day. Dirties caravan ever. Dog shit all outside caravan steps. Rubbish all over. Never will I hire a caravan from them again.

short notice booking - excellent service

because it was short notice, there was no option for bed linen, but my fault for booking such short notice.

Beware I paid £70 deposit which I have asked so many time to be refunded and it hasn't been done. This review will stay until my money is returned!!

I paid a deposit which I was told I needed tonoag before I got the lock code to gain access for the caravan, I was text and told instructions about leaving however when I replied for my deposit refund i havent heard since. Iv text emails and left a comment on here and still nothing very unprofessional

The toaster kept tripping the electric with only one light on , it must be the toaster faulty And my single bed was too short me but overall a nice tidy caravan close to all we needed
