"Very rude behaviour by the receptionist."

The attitude of the receptionist was rude and irresponsible. As we were group of families the staffs of the hotel not helped us to load our luggage in our vehicle which was parked nearely 200 MTR away from the rooms. We booked rooms at beas river side resort but allowtted rooms at Himalayan resort . Very bad experience with booking.com and hotel receptionist.
