التكييف كان حار جدا ولم يصلحوه وقالو لنا افتحو البلكونه ونامو 😅😅 والواي عطلان لا يعمل من يوم سوينا جك ان

The view is very nice. Location is good.

The AC in the room was not working, it felt like inside the sauna. There is no balcony, which kills the purpose of the beautiful view, as you cannot really enjoy it from the room. The dinner was average, the staff was not very eager to engage. The bed was not bad, but not the best either. Overall I didn’t feel value for money and was happy that I didn’t get the availability in the first place to stay there for two nights. I find that there are other places in Kazbegi for less price and with better value for money.

They upgraded the room for us and that was actually so sweet of them.

Since there was Central Cooling System, the AC was not working in the room :/

Our stay was absolutely wonderful. The hotel offers breathtaking views of Mount Kazbek, spacious and spotless rooms, and a peaceful atmosphere that makes it hard to leave. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, and every detail showed genuine care for the guests.

Honestly, we couldn't find anything significant to complain about. Everything exceeded our expectations.

The property is very modern, with fantastic views from the room. Rooms are decently sized, very modern. Staff is particularly very good, especially Chandra and Anna, who took extra care of us during our stay. Breakfast for vegetarian is amazing. Would highly recommend this place to anyone going to Kazbegi.

Останавливались в отеле семьёй. Сразу хочется сказать спасибо за радушие, теплый прием. Молодой человек на ресепшене, наш «инглиш из нот гуд» но мы друг друга поняли и посмеялись. Персонал весь отличный, улыбчивый и позитивный. Отель удобно расположен, быстро нашли по навигатору, парковка прямо под окнами. В отеле есть лифт. Номер у нас был семейный, двухкомнатный с кухней и террасой, вид шикарный на Казбек. Приятно было что сразу заправили диван и кровать для детей, с дороги не заниматься этим. Матрас на кровати супер, отлично выспались. Порадовал завтрак, вкусная выпечка, омлет, соки, сыры. За 45 лари взяли ланч бокс в дорогу, чтобы не останавливаться в кафе. Так за весь день не успели все съесть до конца) Ну и отдельный восторг это виды, из номера, из ресторана, с лаундж зоны, с площадки обзорной на крыше - восхитительно. Огромное спасибо за наш отдых.
