Lovely hotel with a great view. The staff was very friendly and we were gifted with a good wine and a fruit plate for my birthday.

Nice billiard room to relax, nice breakfast, great service

- Location and view are great ! (Except the rooms overlooking the back street) - Facility if clean, room are very nice - Breakfast was very nice

- AC was not working... room was too hot and we had to leave window open all night. - Restaurant options wasn't that great especially when it comes to HALAL food (there wasn't any) - Some members of the staff need to be more friendly when it comes to dealing with foreign guests.

The view is very nice. Location is good.

The AC in the room was not working, it felt like inside the sauna. There is no balcony, which kills the purpose of the beautiful view, as you cannot really enjoy it from the room. The dinner was average, the staff was not very eager to engage. The bed was not bad, but not the best either. Overall I didn’t feel value for money and was happy that I didn’t get the availability in the first place to stay there for two nights. I find that there are other places in Kazbegi for less price and with better value for money.

They upgraded the room for us and that was actually so sweet of them.

Since there was Central Cooling System, the AC was not working in the room :/

Our stay was absolutely wonderful. The hotel offers breathtaking views of Mount Kazbek, spacious and spotless rooms, and a peaceful atmosphere that makes it hard to leave. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, and every detail showed genuine care for the guests.

Honestly, we couldn't find anything significant to complain about. Everything exceeded our expectations.
