I wasn’t satisfied with my experience at this apartment. I was informed that check-in was at 3:00 PM because the place needed to be cleaned until then. I arrived in Greece around 8:00 AM and respected that timing, even though it meant waiting for several hours. Unfortunately, the weather was extremely bad—it was pouring rain, and I ended up completely soaked. Around 1:00 PM, I reached out to ask if there was any possibility of checking in earlier, given the situation, but I never received any response. In the end, I went to the apartment anyway, hoping the key might already be there—and it actually was. However, I never got any reply or confirmation from the host that the apartment was ready or that I could enter earlier. The lack of communication was very disappointing and made the experience unnecessarily stressful. Unfortunately, this was one of the worst accommodation experiences I have ever had. I booked this apartment as a birthday gift for my friend, but it turned into a huge disappointment. As soon as we entered, it was obvious that the cleanliness was far below any acceptable standard. The walls were marked and dirty, the floors were full of dust and hair, giving the impression that the apartment had not been cleaned at all before our arrival. The bathroom was in a terrible condition – the shower cabin was rusty and dirty, and the faucet was covered in limescale and partially falling apart. The air conditioning is another serious issue – it makes extremely loud and concerning noises, to the point where we felt it might break down or even be unsafe to use. The kitchen is practically unusable as there is no basic kitchen equipment, which is unacceptable for a place advertised as equipped. What is especially concerning is the bedding – it had multiple blood stains and looked like it had not been changed after previous guests.

Ηταν βρωμικο, υπήρχε μούχλα στους τοίχους και αρκετά πράγματα ήταν σπασμένα, όπως ο καναπές και το φωτιστικό

Location is good, no noise from the road and AC works well in both rooms

Towels are worn out, couch was broken, the water heater is leaking, shower door is missing and the floor was not washed.

Προσοχή τι δωμάτιο κλείνετε.. μόλις φτάσαμε στο κατάλυμα ηταν μια κοπελίτσα ξανθιά μας εξηγεί κλπ και μας πάει στο δωμάτιο το πρώτο που μας έκανε εντύπωση ήταν ότι υπήρχε κοινόχρηστο μπάνιο με άλλα 2 δωμάτια που ξέρω εγώ τι έχει ο άλλος και δν κολλήσω τίποτα ήταν και βρόμικο η τουαλέτα γύρω γύρω φαινόταν οτι δεν είχε καθαριστεί καν κατευθείαν κατεβήκαμε κάτω για αλλαγή δωματίου γιατί θα μέναμε και 7 βράδια που δώσαμε πόσα λεφτά η κοπελίτσα που λέτε λοιπόν καθόλου εξυπηρέτηκη απορώ τι την έχουν κιόλας στην αρχή μας λέει ότι δεν μπορεί να κάνει τίποτα οπότε ζητήσαμε επιστροφή χρημάτων μας είπε να μιλήσουμε με την Booking.com κάτι το οποίο κάναμε τους πήραμε τηλέφωνο μιλήσαμε όλα καλά και μας είπε έχουμε στείλει email στο κατάλυμα και τους παίρνουμε τηλέφωνο αλλά δεν απαντάνε τέλος πάντων πάμε κάτω κ την λέμε τι φάση γιατί δεν απαντάς 😂μετά μας είπε ότι θα μιλήσει με την πρωινή να μας αλλάξει δωμάτιο υποτηθετε άφησε και σημείωμα να φανταστείτε κάτι που δεν έγινε μάλλον κατεβαίνουμε το πρωί κάτω η πρωινή δεν ήξερε τίποτα για χθες μην τα πολυλογώ μας αλλάξανε δωμάτιο που είχαμε δικό μας μπάνιο ! Κάτσαμε 8 βράδια καθαρίστρια δεν μπήκε ποτέ ούτε τα σκουπίδια να πάρει για 8 βράδια έπρεπε κ σεντόνια να αλλάξουν δεν άλλαξαν ποτέ δεν ξέρω γενικά αν καθαρίζουν κιόλας αλλά δωμάτια ! Κρίμα ειλικρινά ήμουν σεζόν στην Πάρο τα σεντόνια τα αλλάζαμε κάθε 2 μέρες απορώ με την εξυπηρέτηση και την καθαριότητα του ξενοδοχείου!! Τα 2 αστέρια τα βάζω για την τοποθεσία πολύ καλή ήθελα να είμαι κοντά στο Ίλιον !!
