"Sehr schöne, komfortable Wohnung im Zentrum von Luino"

Die Ausstattung der Wohnung ist sehr gut und die Lage könnte nicht besser sein - sehr nah an diversen Restaurants, Bars und Cafes. Sowohl das Zentrum von Luino, als auch der See ist fußläufig in wenigen Minuten erreichbar. Auch die Fähranlegestelle ist sehr nah. Die Wohnung befindet sich in einem netten Hinterhof mit eigener Garage.

Die Wohnung ist im EG und daher sehr dunkel. Im Hinterhof gibt es keine direkte Sonneneinstrahlung, was im Sommer bei Hitze sicherlich Vorteile hat, dadurch aber die Lichtverhältnisse der EG-Wohnung beeinträchtigt. Für ein paar Tage ist das ok - für einen längeren Aufenthalt wäre es uns zu dunkel.
