JA1 STAYCATION at TREES RESIDENCE

I like how accommodating the Host/ Property from booking up to check-out. Very hands on! The ambiance of the room is so minimalist with touch of industrial theme.

I think, the slow internet speed (intermittent), maybe they can have an indoor slippers as well.

The room had everything we needed, it was clean, spacious, good cooking facilities, TV, reliable wi-fi, comfortable bed, good bathroom.

The mini bar was a constant temptation and we spent too much money on it, it was hard to keep track of our expenditure and we were billed more than I thought we spent, it was probably correct but I don't know for sure.

The cleanliness and facilities available were such a delight.

I couldn't fault anything.

Am a repeat customer and to this day, the property does not disappoint. It’s well-maintained and the cleanliness is superb! The peace and quiet experience is remarkable. Perfect location for me as the unit is situated on the third floor of tower 2 . This means lesser time and energy is spent going out of the facility on foot to secure food and other needs in a convenience store nearby. Two huge malls can be reached on foot too. Isnt that amazing?

Good location near the mall's and easy to find a cab 🚖 clean well kept place with polite staff. Our condo apartment tower2 344 had everything you'll need including a well stocked fridge and snack tray tho the aircon wad a little loud but they always are didn't try the swimming pool but only 150 peso to swim and the corner store was well stocked too glad to recommend. We stayed 2 weeks and would go back.

Nothing to complain about really happy to stay there again .
