Panorama, dimensioni appartamento

Pulizia (condominio sporco, frigorifero sudicio, abbiamo dovuto acquistare materiale per lavare il pavimento, balcone pieno di escrementi di animali e ragnatele, coprimaterasso e cuscini pieni di macchie), mancanza di manutenzione (televisione malfunzionante, zanzariere rotte, porta d'ingresso difettosa, tenda doccia caduta in testa più volte, scarico water difettoso, frigorifero rumoroso e che fredda dopo 1 giorno, copriwater da sostituire, muri decisamente da riverniciare), accessibilità (non adatto a persone con difficoltà motorie, anziani e bambini, ci sono diversi piani di scale da fare), parcheggio (se parcheggi in strada devi fare una salita ripida per poi salire le scale, se parcheggi nel posto auto i vicini non escono facilmente dai garage).

Comfortable bed, hot water, lovely views. Clear entry instructions from the host.

Quite cold in the day. Heating was on a timer but it did feel cold when it was raining. No oven dishes. Only a pod coffee maker.

Mi sono trovata bene perché è vicina al centro storico, parcheggio sotto casa. Casa accogliente,pulita con tutti i comfort.La signora sempre disponibile. Bella Vista… detto ed è così 👌
