"It was the worst experience ever."

The location was good.

Well for starters I got there at 3am and the room upstairs was jumping and woke me and my family multiple times. Then at 7am construction workers got to the hotel and woke up us again. The next day I requested the room to be clean and nothing and when it was time to sleep there was a party upstairs. The staff does not do anything. Never going back to that hotel.

"Underwhelming"

Staff were friendly, location was awesome

The room had a kitchenette but nothing else, no plates, cups, cutlery.... No kettle, no toaster. This made the kitchenette pointless. Shower design needs to be rethought, water leaks into bathroom creating a huge puddle. Flooring in room seems to be warped due to this issue.

location one street away from little italy

beds were rocks, hotel rooms were very old was just a new face outside building but the hotel itself rooms were years old for sure, young college kids jept slamming door all hours of night got no sleep
