Perfectly positioned close to town with easy parking. Hot tub was great

Only thing was, no shampoo or body wash. That’s the only downside I could find.

Everything about the property was fantastic. Location, privacy, facilities. Top marks!

The only thing that I can mention was the amount of flies in the hot tub. But, with where the location is you are to expect it really! So more of a personal thing more than we “didn’t like it”! Still brilliant!

Berwyn is a nice little lodge, clean and cosy with everything you could need for an overnight stay and the bed was really comfy. The hot tub which was ready when we arrived was lovely and warm. The site was about 15 - 20 mins walk into the town centre, either along the main road or along the canal.

The area that the hot tub was in could have done with a door on or a portable screen as it wasn't very private , and as the doors to the lodge were facing the entrance to the site you couldn't walk from the lodge to the hot tub in privacy. The back of the hot tub area had a lovely view of the hills, and the fencing around the area had been lowered at one side so the views could be seen, but the back of the reception building which was next to the lodge was very unkempt, so was a little distracting from the hill views. If this was tidied up it would make a big difference. Inside there are no comfy chairs to sit on and chill, just 2 bar stools as there isn't any room for them. A Large TV was on the wall over the bed so you have to lay on the bed to watch it There is no room on one side of the bed to get out as its close to the wall, so if you are sharing the bed you have to climb over the other person to get out. Not good if you have mobility problems.

The mould, bugs and debris in the hot tub!! Unclean garden and not much toilet roll. Awful!!

That there wasn't a way to secure our dogs while using the outside area
