The staff was exceptionally polite and efficient Had a really good time ! In house restaurant food is amazing too .

The place was well kept and comfortable. Rooms were spacious and well lit. Safe as well considering its near to the forest. Food was also good.

Nothing that i felt was negative.

Extremely Disappointing Stay – We Left After One Night This is one of my first review - I usually stay away from reviewing places. But I really dont want someone else to make the same mistake as us. We had booked two nights at this hotel, but we chose to leave after the first because the experience was far from satisfactory. Our room smelled strongly of fungus, and there was visible mold. When we reported it, the staff simply shrugged it off and said that was “just how it smells.” The air quality was so terrible that we both developed headaches, and by the next morning our belongings were damp from the moisture in the room—even though they were kept indoors. There was absolutely no help to be found at the reception regarding these issues. They didn’t take our concerns seriously, and when you try to contact them in writing, they don’t respond either. The WiFi only worked in the reception area, which was extremely inconvenient. The on-site activities were another major disappointment. They were nothing like what was advertised: poor selection, low quality, and some were even linked to destinations involving animal mistreatment, which was completely unacceptable. Their so-called “game room” was dirty and unhygienic—I would never send my children down there. We also ordered pizzas from the hotel, but they were practically inedible. One of the main reasons we chose this place was to relax in nature, but that was impossible. There was constant noise from a large generator, and the staff mowed the lawn for hours. The atmosphere was anything but peaceful. On top of that, the neighboring property was loud well into the night. Overall, we never felt like we were out in nature or in a relaxing environment at all. This stay was extremely disappointing, and we cannot recommend this place to anyone.
